2025 Rosé of Cabernet Franc
$26.00 / 750mL Bottle
-
Our 2025 Rosé of Cabernet Franc captures a more textural expression of the vintage, shaped by thoughtful farming and patient élevage. Harvested at just the right moment for rosé, the fruit was gently handled and guided through stainless steel fermentation before aging in neutral barrels with extended lees contact.
The result is a wine that opens with grapefruit blossom and wet stone, followed by a palate of wild strawberry, tropical citrus, and soft hints of orange blossom. A plush, rounded mouthfeel is carried by bright acidity, leading to a long, dry finish.
Unfiltered and true to our family’s vineyard.

“Some wines made from Cabernet Franc taste like Cabernet Sauvignon in disguise. This is not that wine. There's a dominant herbaceous aroma here that reminds one of the Loire Valley, albeit with a core of riper fruit to go with the signature green-pepper notes. Fresh tobacco, white pepper and a bit of crunchy tannin on the palate lead to a long, aromatic finish.” — Tom Capo
