This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website, purchase our products, join our wine club, book a visit, subscribe to our emails, or contact us.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order and wine club details, reservation details, communication preferences, and information you include in messages or forms. Wine purchases may require age-verification information. Payment details are handled through the checkout or booking service and its payment providers.

Information collected automatically. Our website and integrated services may collect your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, and interactions such as clicks and form submissions. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies support website functions, analytics, and advertising. Marketing emails may record opens and link clicks.

How we use information

We use information to fulfill orders, manage wine club memberships, arrange shipping or pickup, schedule reservations, answer questions, and send service updates. We also use it to share vineyard news and offers, understand website and email performance, measure and improve advertising, prevent fraud, and maintain records needed for accounting and applicable alcohol-sales requirements.

Platforms and information sharing

We work with the following services. Information is shared with them as needed for the features you use. Some providers also process information for their own purposes, as explained in their policies.

Squarespace — website hosting and forms. Squarespace hosts our website and processes website usage information and information submitted through its forms. We use its website analytics and activity information to understand visits and maintain the site. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy.

Acuity Scheduling — reservations. We use Acuity, a Squarespace service, to schedule visits. Booking information can include your name, email, phone number, appointment details, and answers you provide on reservation forms. This information helps us manage your visit and related communications. Acuity is covered by the Squarespace Privacy Policy.

VinoShipper — wine orders and wine club. VinoShipper handles wine checkout and club accounts, including contact, delivery, payment, and age-related information. It shares information with us to manage your orders and membership and works with payment, delivery, and compliance services. VinoShipper also has its own legal and business responsibilities. Mailchimp — email communications. We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list and send marketing emails. It processes contact information, subscription preferences, and campaign engagement information. Google Analytics — website measurement. Our site uses Google Analytics to understand visitor activity and website performance. Google may receive information about your device and interactions with the site. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Meta Pixel — advertising and measurement. Our site includes Meta Pixel, which can send website activity and device information to Meta to help measure advertising and reach relevant audiences. We also share information as needed with payment and shipping providers to complete purchases, and when required by law, tax or alcohol-sales reporting obligations, or valid legal process.

Email preferences. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order, reservation, or wine club service messages.

Access, corrections, and deletion requests. Email us to ask about the personal information we hold or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting, transaction, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can also update information in your VinoShipper account. Providers may need to handle requests concerning information they control independently.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of service needs, the nature of the information, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please do not send payment card details by email.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Their privacy policies explain their processing locations and transfer practices.

Age restrictions and other websites

Our wine offerings are intended for adults age 21 and over. Our website is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

Links and embedded services may take you to other providers. Their privacy policies apply to information they collect and control.
